Welcome to the first issue of Outrigger Media!
The February-March issue focuses on the historic Intramuros in Manila. Often referred to as the Walled City, Intramuros was the colonial capital of the Philippines between the 1500s until the American period.
It features alternative transportation and tour options in the Walled City, as well as dining destinations such as Raffaele, activities, and attractions.
